Maintenance

Each owner sets their limit for maintenance issues. Most property owners are in the range of $250-$500 limit, some zero; we have some at $1,000. Any repairs required that fall under the maintenance limit will be scheduled and billed to the owner's ledger. Any repair over this amount must receive owners approval before anything can be scheduled. The exception to this is if the property manager  is acting within their fiduciary duties to protect the owners interest and property.

Tenants can also open work orders through the tenant portal.
